This restaurant-style snack is both crisp and tasty and is always in demand and loved by all. After cutting the potato into two halves, remove the potato pulp from the center. Now brush the potato skin with oil and other seasoning agents and keep it in a preheated oven for about 7 minutes. Afterward, sprinkle bacon and cheese over the potato skin and bake again in the oven for some time. Serve it hot after topping them with onions and sour cream.

Eggplant Rollatini

These eggplant roll-ups are a perfect combination and taste and nutrition and are also liked by all. After peeling, the slices of eggplant are kept on a plate, and salt is sprinkled over them. Toss them and leave for about 30 minutes. Sauté onions in a pan and add garlic with other spices and condiments. Let it boil for some time, and kept aside after that. In one shallow container, place the eggs; in another bowl, put some bread crumbs and combine them with cheese, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Now dip the drained eggplant slices first in eggs, then coat them with bread crumbs. Deep fry these coated eggplants and drain over the paper towels. In a baking dish, spread some prepared sauce, keep the eggplants above it, and add some seasoning and cheese. Keep the tray in a preheated oven for about half an hour. The warm tortillas are pressed in the muffin cups, and after spreading the cooking oil over them, place them in a preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes. The chicken is tossed with salsa mix.
